For professional women who are on maternity leave, returning to work or navigating the first few years of working motherhood.
A small, psychologist-led group for professional women who are on maternity leave, returning to work or navigating the first few years of working motherhood.
Motherhood can change the way you see yourself, your work and what you want from the next stage of your life. You may still care deeply about your career while feeling less certain about how it fits alongside your family, your capacity and the person you are becoming.
Together, we'll create space to pause, reflect and connect with other women experiencing similar challenges. Through guided discussion, coaching psychology and practical reflective activities, you'll explore your identity beyond your job title, reconnect with your strengths and values, build confidence for the next chapter, and develop sustainable ways of thriving in both work and family life.

The Working Motherhood Circle is grounded in occupational psychology, coaching psychology and behavioural science. Rather than offering advice or telling you how motherhood should look, it provides a psychologically safe space to reflect, connect and develop practical strategies that help you flourish in a way that feels right for you.
You'll leave with greater clarity, renewed confidence and a stronger sense of how to navigate working motherhood while protecting both your wellbeing and the people and roles that matter most.
Each session includes gentle facilitated discussion, reflective coaching activities, practical psychological tools and opportunities to connect with other professional women. You'll leave with greater clarity and one or two small actions to support you between sessions.
Many women experience a range of emotions during pregnancy and early motherhood. The Circle focuses on supporting wellbeing, confidence and adjustment rather than treating mental health difficulties. If you're experiencing significant distress, we can discuss whether individual psychological support may be more appropriate alongside or instead of the group.
The Circle is intentionally kept small to create a supportive, welcoming environment where everyone has the opportunity to reflect and contribute if they wish. You will see around 8 women in this circle
Yes. Some employers may be willing to fund the Circle as part of maternity return, professional development or employee wellbeing support. You can use the booking receipt for reimbursement, and an invoice can be provided where agreed in advance.
Motherhood often brings constant demands and very little time to stop and check in with yourself. Together, we'll create protected time to slow down, reflect and reconnect with what you need.
There's something powerful about being alongside women who understand this stage of life. Through shared experiences, thoughtful conversations and gentle encouragement, you'll realise you don't have to navigate working motherhood alone.
This isn't about finding the perfect balance. It's about developing greater confidence, clarity and sustainable ways of living and working that feel right for you. Each session is designed to leave you with practical insights and small, meaningful steps to carry into everyday life.
