Welcome! I’m Rebecca Campbell, a HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist based in Milton Keynes.
Mosaic Thrive is a psychology practice dedicated to supporting adults when life feels heavy. We recognise that adversity doesn’t just stay in the background. It can show up in how we handle pressure, relate to others or make decisions, it can spill into our calendar and our sense of self.
I offer individual psychological support for adults, based in Milton Keynes and online.
I also collaborate with organisations to provide 1. 1:1 employee support or 2. team training and leadership development that strengthens wellbeing and effectiveness.
Sessions prioritise trust, empowerment and choice. No pressure to meet unrealistic expectations.
You can show up just as you are, uncertain, overwhelmed or mid-transition and be met with respect and care.
Led by an HCPC-registered Psychologist, this work is backed by deep training in adversity, wellbeing, and work-life identity
For individuals:
This space is for working adults navigating life strain. You may be finding it harder to feel steady, confident or effective, especially after prolonged stress or adversity.
You might recognise yourself if you are managing the ongoing impact of:
Chronic stress or burnout
Difficult life transitions e.g. separation, parenthood
Family pressures e.g. caring responsibilities, estrangement
Emotional fatigue and overwhelm
Health challenges or change
Carrying private burdens that don’t always show on the surface
Our work helps you ease the immediate weight you’re carrying while also creating space for relational clarity, self-understanding and more sustainable ways of living and working.
In-person sessions available in Central Milton Keynes or online across the UK
For Organisations:
This work helps organisations reduce strain, protect functioning and strengthen wellbeing in teams dealing with emotionally demanding roles.
You may notice concerns such as:
Rising fatigue, emotional strain or reduced capacity across teams
Managers feeling stretched by the people-pressure they hold
Presenteeism, sickness patterns or early signs of burnout
Employees carrying personal adversity while trying to maintain work responsibilities
Unsettled morale during periods of organisational change or uncertainty
Increased errors, reactivity or decision-making difficulties under pressure
Employees becoming overwhelmed by the emotional weight of their roles
I bring an occupational psychology lens to help teams sustain wellbeing and steady day-to-day performance, helping prevent escalation and create environments where employees can work, lead and recover well.
Support is available through training, leadership development, light-touch systems guidance and psychologist-led 1:1 sessions
Sessions can be online or in Central Milton Keynes
Psychological support offers a space to explore whats shaping your wellbeing and stregthen the inner and outer resources that help you move through difficult chapters with more ease and clarity.
As a psychologist, I bring together knowledge from behavioural science, health and occupational psychology to help people work well, live well, and recover well.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational and non-pathologizing, creating a safe space to explore what feels heavy, notice how it affects your work and relationships, and strengthen your ability to move forward with steadiness, clarity and values-based strategies.
Your patterns may have a history but they don’t have to define your future
Psychological support can help soften what’s heavy, untangle old responses and move toward a way of living and working that feels steady and meaningful.
