Mosaic Thrive is a psychology practice dedicated to supporting adults when life feels heavy. We recognise that adversity doesn’t just stay in the background. It can show up in how we handle pressure, relate to others or make decisions, it can spill into our calendar and our sense of self.
We offer individual psychological support for adults, based in Milton Keynes and online.
We also collaborate with organisations to provide 1. 1:1 employee support or 2. team training and leadership development that strengthens wellbeing and effectiveness.
For individuals:
This space is for adults who are navigating a difficult chapter and finding it harder to feel steady, confident or like themselves, particularly when life feels uncertain and outcomes are unclear.
You may recognise yourself if you are:
Living with sustained uncertainty, where important outcomes are out of your control
Carrying private strain related to health, work, family or identity that others may not fully see
Feeling emotionally depleted or overwhelmed despite still functioning day to day
Noticing increased self-doubt, fear of judgement or concern about how this chapter is affecting your relationships or sense of self
The work offers steady, psychologist-led support that helps reduce the immediate weight you’re carrying, while creating space for greater self-understanding, steadiness and more sustainable ways of living and working.
In-person sessions available in Central Milton Keynes or online across the UK
For Organisations:
This work helps organisations reduce strain, protect functioning and strengthen wellbeing in teams dealing with emotionally demanding roles.
You may notice concerns such as:
Rising fatigue, emotional strain or reduced capacity across teams
Managers feeling stretched by the people-pressure they hold
Presenteeism, sickness patterns or early signs of burnout
Employees carrying personal adversity while trying to maintain work responsibilities
Unsettled morale during periods of organisational change or uncertainty
Increased errors, reactivity or decision-making difficulties under pressure
Employees becoming overwhelmed by the emotional weight of their roles
I bring an occupational psychology lens to help teams sustain wellbeing and steady day-to-day performance, helping prevent escalation and create environments where employees can work, lead and recover well.
Support is available through training, leadership development, light-touch systems guidance and psychologist-led 1:1 sessions

Psychological support offers a space to explore whats shaping your wellbeing and stregthen the inner and outer resources that help you move through difficult chapters with more ease and clarity.
As a psychologist, I bring together knowledge from behavioural science, health and occupational psychology to help people work well, live well, and recover well.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational and non-pathologizing, creating a safe space to explore what feels heavy, notice how it affects your functioning, wellbeing and relationships, and strengthen your ability to move forward with steadiness, clarity and values-based strategies.
Rebecca is an HCPC-registered Psychologist who specialises in supporting adults through periods of personal adversity, identity disruption and sustained uncertainty. She works with people whose lives and sense of self have been unsettled by experiences such as health changes, shifts in family life or major transitions, supporting their psychological functioning across work and personal roles. Her approach helps people protect what matters most, restore their balance and find steadiness and resilience when life feels heavy or unpredictable.
Mosaic Thrive was founded to provide psychologist-led support that honours the whole person, their emotions, responsibilities, work and relationships. Sessions are forward-facing and trauma-informed: a space to steady yourself, notice the patterns that hold you back, and strengthen the resources that help you move forward with confidence and connection.
Your patterns may have a history but they don’t have to define your future
Psychological support can help soften what’s heavy, untangle old responses and move toward a way of living and working that feels steady and meaningful.
Sessions prioritise trust, empowerment and choice. No pressure to meet unrealistic expectations.
You can show up just as you are, uncertain, overwhelmed or mid-transition and be met with respect and care.
Led by an HCPC-registered Psychologist, this work is backed by deep training in adversity, wellbeing, and work-life identity
