Helping you to rebuild a sense of stability and balance
A steady place to land when life and work feel overwhelming
You may be carrying more than anyone can see- health changes, emotional strain, family pressures, caring responsibilities or quiet exhaustion that comes from holding everything together for too long. When life feels heavy, if often affects how we think, work, relate and make decisions.
This space offers steady, whole person psychological support from a HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist. Together, we explore what's shaping your wellbeing and strengthen your clarity, capacity and grounding for whatever season you are in.
Compassionate, emotionally safe sessions paced around your needs.
We explore how life, health and work intersect, supporting you as a full human, not a set of symptoms or roles
This is a shared space to think, make sense of whats's happening and move gently towards what matters.
Sessions:
Sessions are 50 minutes
Getting started:
We start with a few sessions, often close together (weekly or fortnightly) to build understanding of your situation, what’s feeling difficult and what you want to strengthen, laying the groundwork for deeper, more focused work.
Ongoing work:
After this, we meet at a pace that supports your wellbeing without adding pressure. This supports sustainability and steady progress.
This space is designed for working adults (including those temporarily between jobs, on leave or transitioning back into work), who want steady, psychological support during a difficult chapter.
You may find this space helpful if you’re:
Feeling stretched thin by health changes, stress, loss or ongoing responsibilities
Struggling to maintain energy, focus or confidence
Noticing patterns like people-pleasing, perfectionism or self-criticism under strain
Wanting support that recognises both your inner world and the realities of work, family and everyday life
Unsure how long you can keep going like this without something giving way
Underneath all this, many people describe the same experience:
“I don’t feel like myself" and "I don’t want things to get worse”.
If you’re noticing these shifts, it’s a sign you deserve proper psychological support, not more self-pressure or “pushing through.”
It doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re carrying more than one nervous system, one job role, or one person should have to carry alone.
Individual Sessions:
Sessions are 50 minutes - £93
Small sets of sessions:
Some people find it helpful to book 3–4 sessions at a time to maintain momentum and reduce cognitive load.
Quarterly reset:
A single 75-minute check-in for returning clients who want structured space for check-in, recalibration or working through something significant- £120
Mosaic Thrive offers psychologist-led support that is both professionally grounded and designed for real life. My work focuses on the connection between health and work, recognising that adversity doesn’t just affect how we feel but also how we relate, work and make decisions.
With Mosaic Thrive, you will find:
A psychologically grounded, values-led space to reflect, recalibrate and move forward
Forward- facing approaches that support clarity, steadiness and psychological flexibility across work and life
Support that honours both inner experience and external pressures — recognising the real impact of adversity on identity, relationships and functioning
As an HCPC-registered Psychologist, I bring vast postgraduate training in both emotional wellbeing and occupational functioning. My practice is guided by national standards of proficiency and care, and is supported by regular supervision and continued professional development.
Mosaic Thrive supports your growth using psychologically grounded methods designed to honour the full picture- your story, your context and your capacity for change.
The approach is relational, structured and compassionate, focused on helping you understand what supports your wellbeing and how to maintain it, even in hard circumstances. Whether you’re navigating the effects of stress, managing ongoing recovery, or adjusting to change.
People often feel more grounded, clearer, steadier and better able to navigate responsibilities without feeling overwhelmed.
Some of the key benefits include:
A structured, supportive process that moves at your pace
Practical skills for managing stress, energy and focus
A stronger sense of balance and direction in everyday life and work
Space to reflect and adjust without pressure or judgement
Support that integrates wellbeing, recovery and professional functioning so progress feels sustainable
This isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about reclaiming your ability to choose, act, and move forward. It honours your story while helping you build the psychological tools to live and lead with more steadiness, clarity and self-trust.
Each session is 50 minutes long and shaped by what feels most important to you. We begin by building a shared understanding of what you're carrying, where you're feeling stuck and what kind of support would be most helpful. From there, we focus on practical reflection, gentle structure, and strategies that strengthen your wellbeing and effectiveness- personally and professionally.
You won’t be expected to retell your life story or perform emotional breakthroughs. Instead, we work with your present experience, helping you make sense of patterns, strengthen your coping strategies and move toward meaningful change.
In our first few sessions, we will...
Build trust and psychological safety
Explore the personal and professional context of what’s brought you here
Begin setting recovery goals that reflect your values and direction
Sessions are collaborative, forward-focused and grounded in evidence- based practice. Sessions are adapted to your pace allowing space for both depth and practical action, with the aim of strengthening your capacity to navigate work and life with steadiness, clarity and self-leadership.
Yes; everything you share is confidential and held with care. Confidentiality is foundational to this work and I take it seriously.
The only exception to this is if there is serious risk of safety or the safety of someone else. In these rare cases, I have a professional and ethical duty to disclose information. Where possible, I will always aim to speak with you first before taking any action.
Our sessions together will use approaches that focus on what you're experiencing now and how you'd like to move forward, always at your pace.
There’s space to name what feels important to our work together but never pressure to share your story in full. This trauma-informed approach respects your autonomy and supports meaningful progress without reactivation or overwhelm.
Mosaic Thrive offers psychologist-led support for adults navigating stress, adversity or recovery. This includes those managing emotional strain, life transitions or residual effects of past adversity, and who would benefit from 1:1 intervention.
This service may be particularly appropriate for individuals who:
Are impacted by stress, health challenges or difficult life transitions
Are returning to work or adjusting following periods of illness, burnout or personal change
Are experiencing strain, loss of motivation or emotional exhaustion
Would benefit from a psychologically informed space to rebuild resilience
Mosaic Thrive operates in a multidisciplinary way; I often collaborate with health and wellbeing professionals such as occupational health, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
This service is not suitable for individuals in acute crisis or experiencing severe psychological distress. I do not provide diagnosis, crisis management or treatment for psychiatric conditions, but I work ethically alongside other professionals and refer on when appropriate.
If you're unsure whether this is the right service for your client(s), I’m always happy to discuss suitability in more detail: rebecca@mosaicthrive.com
